Contact PageRival

Start with the workflow your team handles today.

You do not need a polished requirements document or a discovery meeting. A short description of the recurring work and how you currently manage it is enough to start.

Tell us about the process

A few details are enough to evaluate the fit.

The form below creates a structured email to PageRival. You can review and edit it in your email client before sending.

Do not send sensitive personal information for initial evaluation.

Please remove Social Security numbers, identity-document numbers, immigration identifiers, dates of birth, medical information, financial account information, passwords, and similar sensitive data from initial examples.

Current service areas

PageRival is currently testing narrowly defined operating services.

If your workflow fits one of these areas, select it in the contact form. You can also choose another recurring workflow.

Fleet Compliance Operations

Driver qualification files, document tracking, expiration management, and recurring fleet-compliance administration.

I-9 Operations

I-9 record inventory, administrative exceptions, reverification tracking, and structured HR follow-up.

AEC Licensing Operations

Multi-state licensing portfolios, renewal tracking, responsible-professional dependencies, and licensing administration.

What happens next

You do not need to enter a sales process.

01

We review the workflow

PageRival reviews the information you provide and determines whether the work fits a defined operating service.

02

We ask only for what is needed

If additional information is required, the follow-up can usually happen asynchronously by email.

03

You receive a written pilot scope

For a suitable workflow, PageRival defines the records or operating unit included, deliverables, exclusions, required inputs, price, and delivery target.

04

You decide whether to proceed

There is no obligation to proceed simply because you requested a scope.

Async-first

A meeting is optional, not the starting requirement.

Many operational services can be evaluated from written information, screenshots, sanitized exports, spreadsheets, and representative records.

If a conversation would materially clarify the scope, PageRival may suggest one. The default, however, is to avoid adding meetings when the same information can be exchanged asynchronously.

Before you send anything

Initial contact should describe the workflow, not expose sensitive records.

PageRival generally does not need production data to determine whether a workflow is a potential fit.

Sanitized or synthetic examples, screenshots with sensitive fields removed, field lists, and descriptions of the current process are preferred during initial evaluation.

If an engagement later requires access to sensitive information or customer systems, the required handling and transfer method should be established as part of the service scope before that information is provided.
